DS, one page, 10 x 16.5, State of New Jersey letterhead, December 26, 1912. Wilson instructs that Fred R. Sked, a prisoner in New Jersey for second degree grand larceny, is to be transferred to the State of New York. Signed at the bottom in fountain pen by Wilson as governor. The blue seal affixed to the lower left remains intact, with a tear to one point. In fine condition, with multiple horizontal folds, light soiling, and a few small stains to the left edge.
