Stull…is now, and was at the time of subscribing…a Justice of the Peace for the county of Washington, in the District of Columbia." Signed at the conclusion by Daniel Webster. Original white paper seal and green ribbon remain affixed to lower left. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, light creasing and soiling, and a short fold split.
