Tony Glover’s archive of writing equipment, tapes, and materials from his career as a music journalist, which is highlighted by his Remington Quiet-Riter typewriter with portable carrying case. Also included: a Shure Green Bullet microphone, Model 520D, with original box; an Electro-Voice omni-directional microphone, Model 636, with cord; an assortment of microphone cables, cords, and plugs; a wooden pen case with two pens; various items like ribbon tapes, liquid paper, and tape eraser; a group of 17 cassette tapes containing interviews conducted by Glover, annotated in his own hand, which includes interviews with blues and folk artists like Bernie Hayes, Pops McFarlane, James Cotton, Dave Myers, and more; and a set of three 5″ and 7″ reel-to-reel audio tapes marked “Patti Smith, Dec. 1, 1973,” “Nine Below Zero, KQRS, 11-11-75,” and “Walter Horton, Int (Edit), KQRS.” In overall very good to fine condition.
