Tony Glover's archive of interview materials associated with Robbie Robertson and The Band, including: four audio cassette tape recordings of interviews, marked: "Robbie Robertson - Canadian, Phone Interview, 12-68," "Johnny Winter Int. - Mpls 6-29-69 / Robbie Robertson Phone Int. 9-9-69," "Robbie Robertson Phone Int. 10-2-69," and "Robbie Robertson - Phone - 4-70"; a hand-edited 12-page transcript of the October 2, 1969 interview, marked at the top, "Do not print what's in Brackets"; a 1/4-inch reel-to-reel tape marked "The Band - Single + Out Takes," annotated with a track list that includes two songs by Levon & the Hawks, five tracks by The Band, and twelve takes of "We Can Talk About It Now" in various states of completion; a 1/4-inch reel-to-reel tape marked "TG Demos w/ Band - Master," containing a handwritten track list inside dated September 23, 1976, with highlighted titles including "I Ain't Wasting No More," "Ladies Get Lusty," "How Come I Keep Running Into You," and "Waiting for the Rain"; a glossy 10 x 8 photo of Robbie Robertson and Rick Danko by Minneapolis photographer Mike Barich; and a packet with Glover's typed notes about The Band's album Music from Big Pink, two hand-edited typed drafts of his review of the album (published in Eye magazine in November 1968), and two versions of the Albert B. Grossman, Inc. biography of the group and album. In overall very good to fine condition.
