Letter to Livros de Brazil Lt., concerning the Portuguese publication of The Diary of Anne Frank. In part: "I kindly acknowledge receipt of the different cheques you sent amounting to $279.80 for which I thank you. I trust that the sale of the book will continue, as the play, based on it, will be on the stage, as far as I am informed, and early next year the film will be out." A typed translation is attached. Also includes carbon copies of associated documents sent to Otto Frank, noting a new printing of 2,000 copies of The Diary of Anne Frank. In fine condition.
