Included with the Davis signature is a Mead memo pad containing 20 ballpoint autographs from members of the 1983 Los Angeles Raiders, including: Marcus Allen, Tony Caldwell, Chester Willis, Don Bessillieu, Don Mosebar, Derrick Jensen, Steve Sylvester, Jack Squirek, Kenny Hill, Greg Townsend, James Davis, Cliff Branch, Darryl Byrd, Archie Reese, and others.
