Cardstock 7.5 x 10 photo of the 'By a Waterfall' production number from Footlight Parade, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, "To Stephen, Best Wishes, Busby Berkeley.” In very good to fine condition, with surface creasing to lower right corner, and Berkeley retracing the signature and inscription with a different pen after poor initial adhesion to the glossy surface.
