Grouping of five official NASA publications relating to Apollo missions 14, 15, 16, and 17, including: a stapled 108-page press kit entitled “Project: Apollo 14 (To be launched no earlier than Jan. 31),” January 11, 1971, Release No. 71-3K; a stapled 152-page press kit for the Apollo 15 mission, with front cover no longer present; a stapled 170-page press kit entitled “Project: Apollo 16 (To be launched no earlier than April 16)," March 22, 1972, Release No. 72-64K”; a 90-page booklet entitled “On the Moon with Apollo 16: A Guidebook to the Descartes Region,” written by Gene Simmons, April 1972 (EP-95); and a stapled 121-page press kit entitled “Project: Apollo 17 (To be launched no earlier than Dec. 6),” November 14, 1972, Release No. 72-220K. Also included is a stapled 4-page booklet from the Bendix Aerospace Systems Division entitled “ALSEP—The First 100 Days,” and a stapled 15-page booklet from Hamilton Standard, a Division of the United Aircraft Corporation, headed: “Project Apollo: Portable Life Support System.” In overall fine condition, with wear and creasing to edges and some rust to staples.
