Group of four laserprint photos signed in ballpoint by Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Max Desfor, 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 8.5, with images including: Japan's official surrender aboard the USS Missouri on September 2, 1945; Desfor standing in front of the Enola Gay bomber and holding the photo of the plane landing in Saipan after dropping the atomic bomb on Hiroshima; another of the Enola Gay landing in Saipan; and numerous residents from Pyongyang, North Korea, and other refugees crawling over shattered girders of the city’s bridge as they flee across the Taedong River to escape the advance of Chinese Communist troops.
