Two signed war books: a first edition of The War Love, hardcover with dust jacket, signed on the half-title page in black felt tip by John Hersey; and a first edition of General Wainwright's Story, signed and inscribed on the first free end page in blue ballpoint by Jonathan M. Wainwright. In overall very good to fine condition. Accompanied by unsigned later printings of Hiroshima by John Hersey, and The Naked and the Dead by Norman Mailer (lacking its dust jacket).
