Whipple, Rochester, N.Y., May 20, 1937,” on an off-white 6.75 x 4.75 album page. In overall very good to fine condition, with folds and stains to each page. George Richards Minot, George Hoyt Whipple, and William P. Murphy shared the 1934 Nobel Prize for their pioneering ‘discoveries concerning liver therapy in cases of anemia.’
