Group of seven multicolored 6.75 x 8 membership application forms for The Cavern Club in Liverpool, England, each for the subscription year ending in December 1964, with two filled out in black ballpoint and the balance blank. The form reads, in part: “I…of…wish to apply to the Cavern Club for membership and, if elected to membership, agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the club." In overall fine condition, with annotations to reverse of three forms. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks, which states that the forms derive from the collection of the nightclub's disc jockey and compère, Bob Wooler.
