I understand that you don't want to do this because of party principles, and I understand it is difficult for you to agree with the Government. I will, therefore, ask you a question and not because I want to get into polemics: are you pessimistic that you don't believe that you will come to power, in which case you will not need the law at all?" In fine condition, with two file holes to the right side.
