Description

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 18 x 14, June 22, 1926. President Coolidge appoints Lawrence O'Connor as "Postmaster at Troy, in the County of Perry, State of Indiana." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Coolidge, and countersigned by Postmaster General Harry S. New. Embossed in the lower left with the Post Office Department seal. In very good condition, with light staining, heavy toning, and a tear and chipping to the edges.
