Two items: an insurance-style cover for the Apollo 14 mission, postmarked on January 31, 1971, signed in black ink, "Ed Mitchell"; and an official 8 x 10 numbered NASA photo of Mitchell as a young astronaut, signed vertically in black felt tip, "Edgar Mitchell." In overall fine condition, with a few light surface creases to the photo.
