Partly-printed DS, one page, 14 x 17, May 29, 1967. As governor of Maryland, Agnew appoints John M. Morris as "a member of the liquor control board of Wicomico County." Signed at the conclusion by Governor Agnew and countersigned by C. Stanley Blair. The gold foil state seal and ribbons remain affixed to the lower left. In fine condition, with light creasing and a small stain. Accompanied by a color 18 x 22.75 poster from an event saluting Agnew's efforts and dedication to the Republican Party, bearing numerous printed signatures.
