Queen Elizabeth II appoints Peter Murray as a "Consul for the People's Republic of Bulgaria, to reside at Sofia," for the encouragement of trade with said country. Signed prominently in the upper right by the Queen, and countersigned below by David Maxwell Fyfe. In fine condition, with light creasing to the upper left corner. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
