Vintage glossy 4.25 x 6.5 photo of Lake displayed in its original 6.75 x 10.75 mat, humorously signed on the mat in fountain pen, "Yours sincerely, Simone Lake, Milford Conn., Oct. 15, 1923, Mrs. L— says I did look like this about 23 years ago."
