Swanson, Inc., in full: "Confirming the understanding you have with our eastern agent, Leah Salisbury, we hereby authorize you to represent our writing services exclusively in the motion picture industry. This authorization shall remain in effect until further notice." Signed at the conclusion by S. J. Perelman and his wife Laura Perelman. In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing, and staple holes to the upper left corner. Accompanied by a transmittal letter from Leah Salisbury.
