In part: "All material required for maintenance of machinery, equipment, factory expense and shop supplies, should be ordered from the Central Stores Department on a Standard Store Order, Form A-36…Great care should be taken to properly fill in all necessary information." Chrysler goes on to note the details to be recorded, processes for defective materials, and corrections in quantities ordered. Signed at the conclusion by Chrysler as works manager. In fine condition.
