Biocek, from, Harry S. Truman, 12/10/56." In the address, Truman remarks upon the importance of cooperation between the legislative and executive branches, exalts the strong postwar domestic economy, and discusses foreign affairs. In very good to fine condition, with several creases, and a "Library of Lawrence E. Miller" blindstamp to the final page. Accompanied by a custom-made presentation folder with gilt spine titling.
