Two items: a glossy 9.75 x 8 half-length photo of Carmichael smiling and pointing at a newspaper column, signed in red felt tip, "Sincerely, Hoagy Carmichael"; and a DS, four pages, 8.5 x 11, dated September 18, 1964, concerning a standard three-year exclusive AFTRA agency agreement between Carmichael and the William Morris Agency, signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint, "Hoagy Carmichael," who initials an included rider.
