Very rare pattern of Lee Alexander McQueen's 1992 graduate collection "Jack The Ripper Stalks His Victims" from Central Saint Martins. A peplum jacket in black with long sash pieces dropping from its front panels and lined in red. This was part of the materials rescued by Ruti when salvaging the McQueen Farringdon Studios. A pattern from this collection would be unique in that these would be the oldest items McQueen first created as a student. The finished jacket from this pattern, featured on page 31 of "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" by the Metropolitan Museum, was owned by Isabella Blow and later purchased as part of the Isabella Blow Foundation archives by the Hon. Daphne Guinness. From The Alexander McQueen Archive of Ruti Danan.
