Inspired by the 1955 Academy Award-nominated cartoon 'Rock-A-Bye-Point,' the cel is placed on a color litho background. Images measure 6.5 x 6 (Chilly Willy), 6.5 x 3.5 (dog), and 3.5 x 5 (Maxie the Polar Bear), with overall dimensions of 16.5 x 13.5. The piece has the Walter Lantz Productions seal to lower right.
