King George appoints Joseph Walker as "Captain Lieutenant to that Company in Our Royal Irish Regiment of Artillery." Signed in the upper left corner by King George III, with original white and blue paper seals affixed below, and countersigned in the lower right by Home Secretary Henry Dundas. In fine, folded condition, with light overall soiling.
