(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Original production drawing of Mickey Mouse from Tugboat Mickey, which shows Captain Mickey seated on a swing and dipping his brush while he paints the boat's mast at the start of the cartoon. Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper. Character image measures 4.5 x 7.25, with a mat opening of 9 x 8. Triple-matted to an overall size of 15 x 14. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Gallery Lainzberg.
