Scallop-topped ship’s pass issued to "the Schooner Hannah of Marblehead, Robert Cloutman, master or commander of the burthen of Seventy Nine…tons or thereabouts, mounted with no guns, navigated with six men. To pass with her Company, Passengers, Goods and Merchandize, without any hindrance, seizure or molestation.” Signed at the conclusion by President Jefferson, Secretary of State Madison, and countersigned by Joseph Wilson as collector of the district of Lynn and Marblehead. In fine condition.
