Famous for his blues harmonica playing (1930-1968), he was the first and only musician to ever be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for harmonica. While taking a break during a performance in the South Side of Chicago, he was involved in a fight and would eventually succumb to his injuries the next day. Uncommon 9.25 x 10 magazine photo of Walter posing outdoors, signed vertically in blue ballpoint, "Little Walter, USA." In very good condition, with a central vertical fold, trimmed edges, a small tear and crease to the bottom edge, and scattered staining from adhesive residue on the reverse.
