Description

Sib Hashian's personally-owned pair of two relatively early, vivid original paintings by Hiro Yamagata: one entitled "Travail de Plaque" depicting a balloon festival, accomplished in acrylic on stretched 17.5 x 14.5 canvas, signed and dated in the lower right corner, "Yamagata 77"; and the other entitled "Marathon" showing a race through the streets of Paris, accomplished in acrylic on 17.75 x 14.75 stretched canvas, signed and dated in the lower right, "Yamagata 79." Both pieces are matted and framed to 23.5 x 20.5, and titled on the reverse. In overall fine condition. A superb pair of original artworks owned by a legendary musician.
