Rare original July 1965 handbill for London's famed Marquee Club music venue, one page, both sides, 8.5 x 11, with front featuring an article headed "Summer-Sets at the Marquee…in come the Animals & Bond," showing an image of Dick Morrissey playing the saxophone. Lower portion advertises the "5th National Jazz & Blues Festival" in early August with the reverse featuring a full schedule for the month of July, with notable acts including: The Who (doing their now-infamous 'Tuesdays at the Marquee' run), The Yardbirds, The Animals, Manfred Mann, the Spencer Davis Group, The Moody Blues, and Steam Packet with Rod Stewart. In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds and light overall creasing.
