Lower right of panel features Ketcham's artist signature, dated "4-30," and a 1954 Post-Hall Syndicate copyright notice. Reverse bears an "Engraving Dept." stamp dated March 18, 1954. Included with the comic strip is a TLS from Ketcham, one page, Dennis the Menace letterhead, August 5, 1954, in full: "I'm glad to hear that you enjoy 'Dennis' so much, and hope that he may continue to entertain you. Enclosed is an original drawing, with many thanks for your interest." In overall very good to fine condition, with light toning to the artwork, and staining and loss to the edges of the letter.
