Attractive vintage 5.5 x 3.5 Dutch postcard photo of the Herengracht canal in Amsterdam, signed in the lower border in black ink, "Richard u. Pauline Strauss," who adds above in German (translated), "This evening, first concert with Domestica and songs. See you again soon!" Reverse is addressed by Strauss to German art patron Willy Levin, and postmarked at Amsterdam on October 5, 1904. In fine condition.
