Group of eight business cards, each 3.5 x 2, signed on the front or back in ink or felt tip by the respective Internet and gaming pioneer, including: Vint Cerf, one of 'the fathers of the Internet,' who developed Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and the Internet Protocol technology and the first commercial e-mail system; Radia Perlman, who is most famous for her invention of the spanning-tree protocol (STP), which is fundamental to the operation of network bridges; Tim Berners-Lee, who is best known as the inventor of the World Wide Web; Ronald Wayne, cofounder of Apple Computer along with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak; Steve Crocker, who was part of the team that developed the protocols for the ARPANET which were the foundation for today's Internet; Robert Dennard, who invented dynamic random access memory (DRAM), more colloquially called RAM, which is used in computers, graphics cards, portable devices, and video game consoles; Leonard Kleinrock, who played an influential role in the development of the ARPANET, the precursor to the Internet; and Phil Spencer, the current executive vice-president of Gaming at Microsoft.
