Donn Eisele's Master of Science degree in Astronautics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, one page, 10.75 x 8.25, dated August 31, 1960. The degree reads, in part: "Be it known that Donn F. Eisele has satisfied all requirements for the degree of Master of Science (Astronautics), In Recognition Whereof, and by authority vested in us, the degree has been conferred and this diploma granted. Given at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio." Framed to a slightly larger size, with frame backing annotated in black felt tip, "For Col. Eisele." In fine condition, with some scratches and chips to the original wooden frame. Eisele would go on to fly on Apollo 7, the first manned mission of the Apollo program. Accompanied by a photo of Eisele's son holding the degree, as well as a certificate of authenticity, which states that this "piece of space memorabilia has been a part of our family's collection since my father's NASA career."
