Group lot of seven TLSs, signed either “K. Hep,” “K. Hepburn,” or “Katharine Hepburn,” each one page, 6 x 8, personal letterhead, dated between 1986 and 1987. Each letter is addressed to Anne Diamond, with the bulk of the subject matter consisting of brief pleasantries and messages of thanks. One letter, from June 22, 1987, in full: “I wish you great good fortune—but I honestly do not have the time to carry on a correspondence—I am so tied up with other responsibilities that I just do not have time to even open the letters, let alone read them.” In overall fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelopes.
