Description

Hungarian-born photographer (1894-1985) known for his groundbreaking contributions to photographic composition and the photo essay. Appealing 4 x 5.75 postcard of his 1926 work 'La danseuse satirique,' initialed in the lower border in faint red felt tip, "A.K.," and signed on the reverse in black felt tip, "A. Kertesz, Nov 1-1976." In fine condition, with irregular ink adhesion to the initials on the front.
