Wood removed from the USS Constitution during the frigate's 1980 restoration work, turned into a 19″ long cane with brass hardware at each end. The top is engraved, "For V. J. K. MacNaught, Esq., A.S.R.," and the end is engraved, "Douglas fir from the 1980 repair work on the Frigate 'Old Ironsides' at Boston, Mass., Sept. 25, 1981." Also includes two commemorative tokens honoring the USS Constitution. In fine condition.
