Official ‘R’ hologram-style RIAA platinum sales award presented "to Larry Magid to commemorate the sale of more than 1,000,000 copies of the Elektra Entertainment album, cassette and C.D. 'Crossroads.'" Framed with its plate, CD, disc, cassette, and a small album cover image to an overall size of 17 x 21. Award retains its original backing with a Creative Glassics label. In fine condition, with light wear and peeling to frame. From the collection of Larry Magid, promoter and co-owner of Philly-based Electric Factory Concerts, responsible for breaking many of the most significant artists of the era. Magid helped launch the careers of many of the greatest stars of the past half-century—his contribution was acknowledged with this award.
