Two items: an ALS signed "Ira Gershwin," one page, 7.25 x 10.25, personal letterhead, January 27, 1965, in part: "Thank you for your kind sentiments. I'm afraid, though, that holograph notes or letters of my brother's are few and far between. However, I still have a number of his canceled checks, and am happy to be able to enclose one for you"; and the cover of a sheet music booklet for 'Delishious,' 9 x 11.75, signed at the top in black felt tip, "Ira Gershwin." In very good to fine condition, with edge tears and paper loss to the sheet music cover.
