Scarce official commemorative diploma from the Paris 1900 Exposition Universelle (of which the Summer Olympics were a part), 29.5 x 23, issued by the Department of Commerce, Post and Telegraph Industry and presented to Mr. Saint-Olive, Attache to the Protocol Service. In very good to fine, folded condition, with toning to the bottom edge, and splitting to intersecting folds.
