Description

Blues guitarist (1939-1997) who played with Howlin’ Wolf’s band, backed James Cotton, and had his own highly respectable career. DS, signed “Luther S. Allison,” one page, 8.5 x 11, December 22, 1972. Agreement by which Luther Allison and his band agree to play at the Reeve Memorial Union on February 5, 1973, signed at the conclusion in black ballpoint by Allison. In fine condition. Accompanied by an unsigned Alligator Records publicity photo of Allison.
