Scarce unused admission ticket for the notification ceremony of William H. Taft, held at the residence of his half-brother Charles Phelps Taft in Cincinnati, Ohio, on July 28, 1908. The ticket measures 6 x 2.75 and is marked "Guest" and numbered "154." In fine condition. In honor of Taft's presidential nomination, the Notification Day Committee sponsored a ceremony held in his honor in his hometown of Cincinnati.
