The plaque features the famous text, "Here men from the Planet Earth first set foot upon the Moon, July 1969, A.D., We came in peace for all mankind," with facsimile signatures of the crew and president below. Additional text to the lower border reads: "President's Dinner Honoring Apollo 11 Astronauts, August 13, 1969." In fine condition.
