Five items: an ink signature and inscription, "To Nadya, Best wishes, King Vidor," on an off-white 7 x 5 sheet; a glossy 5 x 8 photo of the filmmaker with a hand on his hand, signed in black felt tip, "King Vidor, 12-10-79"; a TLS signed "King W. Vidor," one page, 8.5 x 11, April 4, 1929, MGM letterhead, in which Vidor forwards a check for $1,048.95; and a pair of DSs, both signed "King W. Vidor," both dated 1928, with one an assignment of rights to the classic 1928 comedy Show People, and the other an agreement with MGM to direct a film entitled Polly Preferred, which is countersigned at the conclusion by Louis B. Mayer. In overall fine condition, with expected wear to documents.
