Very desirable original brad-bound fourth revised screenplay for the 1995 Universal Pictures space docudrama Apollo 13, approximately 141 pages, 8.5 x 11, signed on the title page in black felt tip, "James Lovell, Apollo 13 CDR," who adds in the upper left: "Houston, we've had a problem…it looks to me that we are venting something out in space…it's a gas of some sort…" The reverse of several pages feature ink and pencil sketches by an unknown cast or crew member (presumably a set or costume designer given their nature), which consist of storyboard-style sequences, character sketches, and a few unrelated. Includes three color glossy candids from the film set, with moonwalker Dave Scott visible in one, a color 2.25 x 2.25 slide of the three main Apollo 13 actors intended for promotion, and a Universal Pictures press packet for the film. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Astronaut Central and two photos of Lovell taken at the time of signing.
