Description

Automotive engineer and businessman (1854-1929) who founded the automobile manufacturing company whose name survives as a division of General Motors. Partly-printed DS, signed “D. D. Buick,” one page, 11 x 8.25, March 19, 1912. Ornate stock certificate for 100 shares in the Buick Oil Company, issued to John Clerico. Signed at the conclusion in ink by David Buick as the company's president. In fine condition, with three vertical folds.
