USAF (MC) Retired," each approximately 8 x 10 and 10 x 8, with one photo of Stapp wearing his military uniform in front of a model of the 'Abrupt Decelerator Vehicle,' and two photos depicting him on his experimental sleds, with Stapp adding to one, "Sled run of 18 October 1950, 89.9 mph to a stop in 18 feet, Edwards Air Force Base (Muroc Lake) California, 2,000 ft research track." In overall very good to fine condition, with some light creasing, primarily to the corners.
