Letter to Messrs. Bond and Son in Boston, in full: "The sixteen chronometers you propose to send to this office for trial, will be quite enough for our purposes, until further notice." In very good to fine condition, with light toning and a small area of paper loss to the left side from old mounting remnants on the reverse.
