Vintage matte-finish 3.5 x 5.5 German postcard photo of Lamarr as a young actress, signed in fountain pen with her given name, "Hedy Kiesler." In fine condition, with some scattered light silvering and a crease to top left corner. This example predates Kiesler's decision to change her name to Lamarr in 1937, a move supported by MGM head Louis B. Mayer, who hoped to distance the actress from her controversial role in the 1933 film Ecstasy.
