The plan provides general notes on the mission, updates on the CSM and LM, a detailed timeline, detailed test objective activities, and a communications plan. An annotated "Mission D (Earth Orbit)" packet is loosely laid into the back of the flight plan. Housed inside its original Grumman Aircraft Engineering Corporation folder, indicating that the employee copied an original Apollo 9 flight plan for personal use. Spine of manual annotated in red felt tip, "LM-3—Flight Plan." In very good to fine condition.
